  The 2027 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1X is the most powerful and technologically advanced production Corvette, combining the extreme ZR1 engine with electric all-wheel drive.

  The hybrid system transforms the mid-engine supercar into a 1,250-horsepower flagship capable of competing with much more expensive European hypercars.

  Powertrain and Performance At the heart of the ZR1X is a 5.5-liter LT7 V8 with a flat crankshaft and twin turbochargers.

  The engine produces 1,064 l. s. and 1,123 N·m, transmitting power to the rear wheels via an 8-speed robotic DCT transmission.

  The front axle is driven by an 186 l. s. electric motor.

  As a result, the system’s total output reaches 1,250 l. s. and 1,319 N·m, while the intelligent eAWD electric all-wheel-drive system delivers efficient acceleration without a mechanical link between the axles.

  Chevrolet claims a 0–60 mph time of 1.89 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 8.99 seconds at a speed of approximately 253 km/h.

  Chassis and Aerodynamics The standard carbon-ceramic braking system features 419-mm rotors, 10-piston front calipers, and 6-piston rear calipers.

  The optional Carbon Fiber Aero package adds a large rear wing, front aerodynamic elements, and an extended underbody, generating over 544 kg of downforce.

  At the Nürburgring, the Corvette ZR1X posted an official lap time of 6 minutes, 49.275 seconds, confirming the car’s capabilities not only on a straight but also on a challenging race track.

  Practicality and Technology The model is available as a coupe and a convertible, as well as in the 1LZ and 3LZ trim levels.

  The Stealth Mode electric mode allows for silent driving for about 6–8 km at speeds up to 72 km/h.
