  The 2026 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is the most powerful production Corvette powered exclusively by a gasoline engine.

  Its mid-engine layout, active aerodynamics, and 1,064-silny V8 make it a true American hypercar, designed for both public roads and the racetrack.

  Powertrain and Performance The car is equipped with a 5.5-liter LT7 V8 engine featuring a flat crankshaft and twin turbochargers.

  It produces 1,064 l. s. at 7,000 rpm and 1,123 N·m at 6,000 rpm—making it the most powerful V8 ever installed in a production Corvette.

  Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).

  With the ZTK Performance Package, the car accelerates to 60 mph in 2.3 seconds and covers the quarter-mile in 9.6 seconds.

  Its top speed on the track reaches 233 mph—about 375 km/h.

  Chassis and Aerodynamics The ZR1 features Magnetic Selective Ride Control 4.0 adaptive suspension and standard carbon-ceramic brakes.

  The optional ZTK package adds a sport chassis tuning, high-performance tires, upgraded Alcon brakes, and a carbon-fiber aerodynamic kit with a large rear wing.

  On the Nürburgring’s Nordschleife, the Corvette ZR1 posted an official time of 6 minutes and 50.763 seconds, reaffirming its status as one of the fastest American cars.
