New Ferrari Amalfi is a 640hp V8-powered GT to replace the Roma
Motoring Research reports that Ferrari has unveiled the Amalfi, an evolution of the Roma positioned as the brand’s new entry-level grand tourer.
Designers led by Flavio Manzoni tightened the Roma’s lines, added active aero and revised the cabin, swapping the portrait infotainment for a landscape screen and restoring physical steering‑wheel buttons.
The 3.9‑litre twin‑turbo V8 is tuned to about 640 hp and pairs with an eight‑speed dual‑clutch; Ferrari expects first deliveries in early 2026 and pricing to sit above the Roma’s previous entry point.
The change reflects customer feedback, aims to broaden appeal to first‑time Ferrari buyers and will likely push options and price modestly higher.
