The TWR-Jaguar XJ220S is an extreme version of the British supercar.

The TWR-Jaguar XJ220S is an ultra-rare modification of the iconic Jaguar XJ220, created by the Tom Walkinshaw Racing (TWR) racing division in 1993. The model was developed as a homologation version for participation in GT races, so it received a modified body, a forced engine, and an even more extreme character.

Under the hood is a 3.5-liter V6 with two turbochargers, producing 680 horsepower — significantly more than the standard XJ220 (549 hp).

The engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel drive.

The car accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of over 370 km/h, making it one of the fastest supercars of the 1990s.

The body of the XJ220S was made of carbon fiber and received an aggressive aerodynamic body kit: enlarged air intakes, a massive spoiler, and extended wheel arches.

All this not only gave the car a more aggressive look, but also reduced its weight by about 200 kg compared to the base model.

The interior was simplified to reduce weight: a safety cage, lightweight panels, and sports seats emphasized the model's racing heritage.
