Lexus will offer Structural Blue on LC flagship
Lexus confirmed on March 3, 2026 that Structural Blue will be offered for the LC flagship in Australia.
The finish is pigment-free and uses a multilayer, iridescent coating inspired by Morpho butterfly wings.
Application is hand finished and time intensive at the Motomachi plant.
Only two Structural Blue cars can be completed per working day, which creates a strict supply constraint.
That scarcity will shape dealer allocation, ordering priorities, and potential delivery timing.
Limited availability could increase buyer interest and secondary market values for delivered cars.
Lexus says the finish will be offered from the first quarter of next year on select flagship specifications.
Lexus LC you can buy at VIPCAR International.
