Italy launches the first official Porsche club for EV owners only
On March 3, 2026, Italian Porsche enthusiasts and club officials launched Registro Italiano E‑motion, the first official Porsche club dedicated exclusively to battery-electric models.
The group staged a multi-day convoy of 73 vehicles with 131 participants, starting at Porsche Experience Center Franciacorta and ending at the Hans Peter Porsche Traumwerk.
The procession included 42 Taycan examples, notably Turbo S and Turbo GT cars equipped with the Weissach package.
Organisers said the club will promote owner events, charging coordination and Porsche’s EV community engagement.
This matters because it signals stronger owner support for Porsche’s electrification strategy, creates new local channels for manufacturer feedback, and may accelerate dealer and infrastructure partnerships.
