Defender teams with Wonderfruit to promote sustainable, experiential mobility
Jaguar Land Rover’s Defender acted as Official Automotive Partner at Thailand’s Wonderfruit festival, supplying Defender 90 and Defender 110 vehicles to move performers and support event logistics.
JLR Asia Pacific managing director Garth Turnbull spoke on the brand’s role while festival organisers coordinated the programming and on-site operations.
The collaboration focused on reduced emissions, on-site sustainability measures and a conservation tie-up that will plant more than 30,000 trees with partners SUGi and Baansuan Onsorn.
The activation gave Defender direct exposure to a culturally engaged audience, linked marketing to measurable environmental outcomes and reinforced JLR’s regional sustainability messaging, with implications for brand positioning and future experiential campaigns.
