Buyer sues after new 911 GT3 is alleged to have been a training car
A Florida buyer alleges a 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 sold as new had been used for technician training and repeatedly disassembled before retail sale.
Plaintiff Abdul Azizi says he paid $281,940 to Porsche Warrington for a 34‑mile GT3 and later found a factory sticker in the glovebox stamped “PCNA CAR NOT FOR SALE.”
He reports persistent electrical faults and improper reassembly.
Azizi won a lemon‑law arbitration that Porsche has appealed.
Why it matters: the suit raises dealer disclosure and warranty questions, repurchase exposure for Porsche, and resale‑value risk for low‑mileage performance cars if courts find misrepresentation.
