Brabus unveils 900‑hp Urus SE conversions
Brabus has revealed its first Lamborghini projects: two bespoke conversions of the Urus SE that raise the factory plug‑in hybrid’s V8 output to roughly 900 horsepower and sharpen its visual and aerodynamic package.
The tuner concentrates upgrades on the 4.0‑liter twin‑turbo V8 while retaining the PHEV motor, trimming the 0–62 mph time to about 3.2 seconds and keeping top speed near the factory limit.
Two variants — a mint green “900 Mint” and a darker “900 Superblack” — pair widebody carbon panels and 24‑inch wheels with bespoke interiors.
Pricing is expected in the ultra‑luxury range, near half a million euros or higher.
The project marks Brabus’s strategic expansion beyond Mercedes platforms, creates a new extreme‑tuning option for Urus owners, and will affect servicing, warranty and insurance considerations for converted PHEV super‑SUVs.
