Brabus debuts two 900‑hp Urus SE builds at FAT Ice Race
Brabus publicly revealed two Lamborghini-based Urus SE conversions — the Brabus 900 Mint and 900 Superblack — during its Feb. 2 presentation at the FAT Ice Race.
Both builds keep the Urus SE’s plug‑in‑hybrid architecture but add a PowerXtra tune to roughly 888 hp and 1,050 Nm, widened fenders, carbon aero, 24‑inch forged wheels, SportXtra lowering and a fully reworked leather/Alcantara interior.
Brabus quotes a 0–62 mph time near 3.2 seconds and lists starting prices in the mid‑hundreds of thousands of euros.
Who: German tuner Brabus and Lamborghini’s Urus SE platform.
What happened: Brabus applied its first Lamborghini conversions and showed them publicly on Feb. 2. Why it matters: the move signals strong aftermarket demand for high‑power, bespoke treatment of hybrid super‑SUVs, could shift buyer expectations for factory vs. tuner performance, and will affect pricing and resale values for tuned Urus SE examples.
Consequences include increased attention from wealthy buyers seeking unique finishes and a potential uptick in specialist aftermarket activity around Lamborghini’s plug‑in platforms.
