  Directly from the TRASCO manufacturing plant.

  The base car is the current model from the Mercedes-Benz configurator provided by Trasco or the customer.

  Brief description of the conversion: 50 cm wheelbase extension Limousine design with 3D scanning and CATIA V modeling according to OEM standards Division at the B-pillar, installation of a second B-pillar on the left/right Manufacture and integration of a 50 cm central body segment with middle doors Body design for an extended limousine (adaptation of the outer panel) 50 cm extended, one-piece stamped roof panel (no panoramic roof) Adjustment of the extended brake system and cardan shaft Adjustment of fuel lines, wiring harnesses, and electrical systems Adjustment of the OEM air conditioning and heating system Installation of new exterior panels, side sills, and windows for the middle doors Adaptation of the interior and headliner to the new extended design Priming and painting of the roof, doors, roof frame, and side section pillars Corrosion protection, cavity sealing, KTL center section left/right and BPL rear doors left/right > Optional on request: Installation of a partition with drop-down or fixed glass, additional seats, as well as additional individual options such as an electric sliding roof and a serving table in the rear of the passenger compartment, a Hi-Fi audio system, and a TV monitor with a diagonal of up to 26 inches.
