  Mercedes-AMG S 63 E PERFORMANCE by BRABUS This model represents the technological pinnacle of the S-Class lineup, combining executive comfort with hybrid technologies derived from Formula 1. Engineers from Affalterbach have integrated the E PERFORMANCE concept into the sedan’s design, aimed at radically increasing the powertrain’s performance and responsiveness while maintaining its signature smooth ride.

  The hybrid system is based on a front-mounted 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine and an electric motor on the rear axle (P3 layout).

  The system’s total output reaches a factory-rated 802 hp, while peak torque stands at an impressive 1,430 Nm.

  The use of a high-performance battery with direct cell cooling ensures stable power delivery and instantaneous response to the accelerator pedal, characteristic of large-displacement naturally aspirated engines.

  Torque is transmitted via a 9-speed AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT automatic transmission with a wet clutch instead of a torque converter and a 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system with intelligent torque distribution.

  The sprint to 100 km/h takes 3.3 seconds, putting this heavy sedan on par with two-seater supercars.

  With the AMG Driver’s Package, the top speed is electronically limited to 290 km/h.

  The exterior design is optimized for improved cooling and aerodynamics: the front features the signature radiator grille with vertical slats and a Jet Wing-style bumper with large air intakes.
