The Bentley Continental GT, Continental GT Convertible, and Flying Spur model range has doubled with the addition of a second plug-in hybrid V8 engine—the 680 hp High Performance Hybrid.

This engine is available for all body types in the new base or new Azure variants, with the latter prioritizing comfort and well-being.

Joining the 782-hp Ultra Performance Hybrid introduced in 2024 as Speed or Mulliner, Bentley's two- and four-door sedans are now equipped exclusively with electrified V8 engines.

The new Continental GT and Azure models mark the arrival of Bentley's new high-performance hybrid powertrain, which combines an advanced 4.0-liter V8 engine with a powerful electric motor, delivering a maximum power output of 680 hp and a maximum torque of 930 Nm.

While the ultra-high-performance Speed hybrid remains the most extreme powertrain in the Bentley lineup, it is important to note that the new high-performance hybrid surpasses the previous-generation W12 Speed powertrain in all aspects of power, torque, and performance, and is capable of traveling up to 80 km in pure electric mode.

These nine cars together define Bentley's family of performance-oriented everyday supercars, each offering a unique combination of power, dynamic handling, exquisite design, and genuine craftsmanship.

The new fourth-generation Continental GT and GT Convertible base models showcase the classic design cues that have been characteristic of the model since the first generation was launched in 2003. These include Bentley's signature matrix grille, now finished in gloss black with chrome surrounds and a central bar.

The lower bumper grilles are finished in matte black, while the splitter is finished in gloss black.

The design of the striking Harmony headlights, which differ significantly from those of the GT Speed, is inspired by cut crystal and features a unique welcome animation.

The exterior chrome accents are bright, and at the rear, two bright chrome tailpipe tips stand out against the gloss black diffuser.

The red-lensed rear lights also feature Harmony animation.

The seats for the new Continental GT and GT Convertible are handcrafted in Crewe with a straight ribbed design, while customers can choose between bright chrome or optional dark chrome interior trim for the switches, vents, organ stops, and door handles.

The sills feature "Handcrafted in Crewe, England" lettering.

The V8 High Performance Hybrid powertrain develops a total output of 680 hp and a total torque of 930 Nm, giving the new models exceptional performance.

Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes just 3.5 seconds for the new Continental GT (0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds), while the Continental GT Convertible is equally impressive at 3.8 seconds (0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds).

The electric-only range is 85 km for the GT and 82 km for the GTC, with overall CO2 emissions in hybrid mode of 29 g/km and 31 g/km respectively.

Bentley's active chassis technology includes Dynamic Ride, rear-wheel steering, and eLSD with a choice of Comfort, Bentley, and Sport modes.

Together, the powertrain and chassis deliver refined, confident, progressive, and accessible performance in a wide variety of road conditions.
